Biography

Dr. Aamir Ayub is the founding member and chief coordinator of FAMS (Financial Assistant for Medical Students). FAMS aims to provide financial assistance to medical students in Pakistan. It was launched in 2006. This program is now financing medical students in 5 different medical colleges across Pakistan. The financial package covers tuition fee, hostel fee and mess expenses for 5 years of MBBS course.; Dr. Aamir Ayub is also involved in other charity work such as annual ‘Heart Health Check’ for his local community.
