OPF intends to invite sealed quotations from well reputed income Tax/GST (Registered) firm ‘under single stage – two Enveloped’ method for “Annual Service / Maintenance of PABX Exchange” installed at OPF Head Office Building, Islamabad. Tender Documents containing detail of work and other terms & conditions can be obtained against the cash payment of Rs.500/- from the office of the undersigned on producing written request on letter head of the firm.

Quotations must reach to the undersigned till 1100 hours latest by 25-11-2021. Earnest money /bid security amounting to Rs.3000/- in shape of Bank Draft/Pay Order from a scheduled bank in favour of OPF should also be submitted alongwith the quotation. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1200 hours in presence of bidders/representatives who want to attend. Late & Conditional quotations will not be accepted. Taxes will be deducted according to Government rulers. OPF reserves the right to reject all bids as per Rule # 33 of PPRA Rules, 2004.
