Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) is an autonomous body established under Emigration Ordinance1979 invites sealed bids from the consultants/firms for the services of sustainability analysis of OPF for next 5 to 10years based on existing operation/ set The hiring of consultant firm will be made in a transparent manner by adopting Quality cum Cost Based Selection method following PPRA Rules, 2004 and procurement of Consultancy Services Regulations,2010.
