Sealed tenders are invited from the Govt./Semi Govt./ private companies/ firms who have expertise to work for PROCUREMENT & INSTALLATION OF 10 KW GRID-TIED SOLAR SYSTEM AT OPF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE IN SANGHAR (SINDH).
2. Interested companies/ firms having experience of execution of similar nature of works, can only obtain tender documents, containing detailed terms & conditions, against payment of Rs. 2000/- (Two Thousand only) non-refundable, on producing written request on letter head of the firm, along with presentation of documents i.e. proof of past experience in works of similar nature, NTN, STRN, Income Tax Certificates, from the office of Regional Head (Sindh), OPF Regional Office, 20-A/2, Block 6, P.E.C.H.S, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, on any working day during office hours. Tenders duly completed and accompanied with bid security of fixed amount specified in the bidding documents in shape of Bank Draft/ Pay Order from a scheduled bank in favor of OPF, should reach, along with the bids, to the office of the Regional Head (Sindh) by 1200 hours on 28-09-2022. The bids will be opened on the same day at 1230 hours in the office of the Regional Head (Sindh) in the presence of bidders or their representative who may like to be present. Tender documents shall not be issued on the bids opening date. Taxes will be deducted according to Government rules.
3. OPF reserves the right to reject any or all the bids/proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal on the basis of valid reasons. If concealment / distortion of fact is detected, it would be sufficient cause to reject the bid at any stage.
