l . OVERSEAS PAKISTANIS’ FOUNDATION Reginal Office Peshawar now invites sealed bids from well-established specialized firms/Contractors following works, for a period of one year.

- Only typed tender on original prescribing letter pad, sealed & signed should be submitted. The quoted Price & Date must be printed and hand written quoted price & Date will not be acceptable. The tenders must be according to OPF specification; alternate rates will not be acceptable.
- Bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage —Single Envelope Bidding Procedure as per PPRA Rules-2004.
- Bids must be accompanied by a security of 2% of the total value in the shape of CDR or Bank Guarantee, Ordinary cheque and Payment Order (PO) in the form of bid security will result in bid rejection summarily.
- Bids must be delivered to the office of the Undersigned, on or before 10:00 am on 7th Nov 2023. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives at 10:30 am on the same day in the Committee Room of OPF. Bid submitted after 10:00 AM shall not be entertained.
- The Income Tax, NTN, KNTN, stamp duty and Professional Tax or any other Government tax will be charged as per rules. (Only those firms will be honored that are on Active Taxpayer’s List of FBR).
- No conditional Bid will be acceptable.
- Interested bidders can obtain the Standard Bidding Documents from the office of Undersigned or electronically download the same from the official website of OPF opf.org.pk
- A pre bid meeting shall be held on 27th Oct 2023 at 11:00 am in the Committee Room of OFF.
- Clarification/information (if any) may be obtained on any working day during office hours. No query will be entertained at the time of bid opening.
- The Procuring entity may reject all Bids or Proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a Bid or Proposal according to PPRA rule# 33.
